right conduct
“Duty is God. Work is worship.”Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba

What it asks of us
Dharma (right conduct) is truth put into practice. It is doing the duty in front of us, at home, at work, in the street, well and without waiting to be asked.
Care for parents and children, shared work in the kitchen, and patience at the end of a long day.
Honest effort and fair dealing, whether the job is large or small, seen or unseen.
Giving a little time each week to people we will never be thanked by.
Lived through
Medical camps (free health check-ups) bring doctors, nurses and Sevadal members to a neighbourhood for a day. Patients get a general check-up and medicines at no cost, and are referred onward when they need more care. It is dharma as plain duty: helping the person in front of us, without being asked.
Free general check-ups and medicines at camps across Delhi NCR.
Teachings
On duty
Duty without love is deplorable. Duty with love is desirable. Love without duty is divine.
On character
Where there is righteousness in the heart, there is beauty in the character.
Manusmriti
Dharmo rakshati rakshitah: dharma protects those who protect it.
Begin here
Doctors, nurses and Sevadal are all needed on camp day. Tell us you are coming and we will place you. Nothing is ever collected from patients.
